Time wasting 4

Hey guess what?.... Ninja Turtles are back with a vengeance!
I was in love with Ninja Turtles when i was a kid. "Heroes in a half shell! Turtle Power!" Can you sing the song?
I asked Brian today if he was into the Ninja Turtles when he was a kid. He said "Nah mate! I was like 30!" whoops! :0

This 4 year old kid said to me the other day, "there was a monster in my room last night and he moved my pillow, but the 4 Ninja Turtles came into my room and put the pillow back and kicked the monster!" Kids with their imaginations! ;)

I wish i had some Ninja Turtles to come and put my pillow back after the monster steals my pillow. ;p

Time wasting 2

This week we have a new theme table at preschool about pets. i asked a 4 year old child if he had a pet. he told me he had a pet dolphin which he rides on his holidays. i said to him, "do you have any other pets. ;)" He said, "yeah....i have a pet Lion and he sleeps on caterpillars." ( i guess they would be comfy ;) i thought) i asked him what he drinks. He replied, "He drinks caterpillar water." (whatever that is). He's a cute boy. God love him!

Later on in the week i was telling Naomi about a number 2 i had to change on another 4 year old boy. gross! Its much worse then changing your own child. This one had kind of exploded out of the undies....
anyway, later on i was telling Naomi about how i was nearly vomiting. I told her "i was wrenching." she said "what?" i said "i was wrenching". she said "What?" i said a third time very slowly and sheepishly "wrenching!" as i realised as i was saying it that for the last 20 + years i have been saying wrenching instead of retching. How stupid could i be. Naomi's got a bit of ammunition for a few weeks. poor me! To tease someone for saying something that your only brought up to say in Blacktown. At least i don't say "wiff" instead of "with" or "Penrith" instead of "Penriff".

I just watched heroes. Still love it. Nick watched it with me.
He loves his wind! My goodness. He still finds them so fascinating! :) When will he grow up? Do not pull his finger!

I've still been talking in my sleep. Naomi tells me in the morning all the weird stuff i say. I think she makes most of it up.

This guy from the greens party bailed Naomi up down the street this week. He asked her, "How do you feel about Global Warming". She replied, "I don't care today!" and she kept walking. Can you believe that, sweet talking Naomi said to a nice man she doesn't care about Global Warming today! To her defence she said she was in a flurry and had the kids hanging off her. She meant to say I'm not interested today but somehow mixed it up :)

Time wasting!

I think I've got too much time on my hands when i can fit in all this blogging.

This week the boys went away with Naomi's parents for 3 days. It was great! I went to work, then came home to a peaceful house each day. With no kids! wahooo! well carissa was home and Naomi :) (she can be a bit noisy sometimes too ;) Naomi that is. i hope she didn't read that ;) ). Apart from that pretty tranquil. Well... Naomi blew chunks the first day(excuse the Amercanism, i like the phrase), and moaned how sick she was for the next 2 days. Apart from that fairly quite. she's not pregnant by the way! hahaha! i made sure that wouldn't happen again. If you know what i mean! Lets just say i still have nightmares! If you know what i mean.. Do you know what i mean?... Its not what you think, if you know what i mean...are you sure you know what i mean? i hope not!


I know a lot of people journal on their blog. I personally like to remain a bit private. But i thought i would give it a go. They say if you be a bit personal on your blog you get more followers. i know no one reads my blog so i will be pretty safe revealing my deepest secrets. I'm pretty shallow actually. I'm not sure if I've got any secrets.. but here goes..
